Defective Products
In the event that you receive a defective item, please reach out to our Customer Service department for assistance. They can facilitate the submission and processing of your replacement request through the manufacturer’s warranty. Alternatively, you may contact the manufacturer directly to submit your request for a replacement.
Incorrect Item Shipped
If an incorrect item has been shipped to you, please inform us so that we can replace it for you.
Incorrect Product Ordered:
To safeguard the health of our employees and customers, we cannot accept exchanges for toys or intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, thongs, massagers, etc.). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct product is ordered.
Change of Mind:
Please note that all sales are final. Once the shipping box has been opened, purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged.
